How do I make sure I get the correct edition?
Look at the bottom corner of the journal. You will see a left-hand or right-hand symbol.
We designed your journal for three months of writing. You don’t want to read the same quotes every day, so we create a new edition every three months with fresh words of wisdom to help continue your journey and growth.
We recommend our First Edition (purple cover) for all new writers. This has additional info about our method and some writing tips. But once you are okay with the method, each following edition will have a different colour cover.
Where can I purchase the journal?
Right here on our site.
We use Shopify to offer a secure shop front and easy buy options. You have the option to create an account and save your details for easier checkout in the future. We will NEVER share your personal or financial details with third parties outside our core business.
We don’t sell on Amazon. If you see our journal on Amazon, please let us know.
We also love books on shelves. So if you are a shop owner who shares our passion for writing and helping others, and would like to stock Feel Think Do, you can contact us at stockists@feelthinkdo.net.

As our database of in-store stockists grow, we will include a space where you can find your local Feel Think Do book store.
If you are working with a Health Professional, you can ask them. If you are using Feel Think Do outside of your therapy and finding a benefit, let your Therapist know about us.
How do I order my next copy?
Your journal has a reminder inside (around the two-month mark). When you order your first copy and join our mailing list, we will email you a reminder to help get your journal with little fuss. You will be ready to open your fresh copy and continue writing. You can join our mailing list here.
We recommend ordering your next copy before reaching the end. This will prevent writing disruptions while waiting for your new journal to arrive.
What are your payment methods?
Shopify makes payment easy. You have several payment channels available - Shopify Payment (which allows local payment methods), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Credit Card. We can even organise Direct Bank Transfer* in need. We want to make this easy for you.
PayPal: Quick and easy. PayPal allows you to order your journal without sharing sensitive financial information. It will show applicable fees at time of checkout. You can checkout using Paypal with a single click. If you would like to set up a PayPal account click here.
Credit Card: Don’t have a PayPal account? That’s cool. You can purchase your journal through our secure (encrypted) shop front with a credit card. It will show applicable fees at time of checkout.
Direct transfer: Keeping yourself out of debt? Good for you! We offer the option to transfer funds direct. You will receive a reference number for your purchase order so we know it is you. Direct transfer can take 24-48 hours to complete. Your journal will ship within 2 days of payment confirmation. Please be patient.
* We are an Australian business. Any international transfer may be subject to bank fees. These fees are the responsibility of you and your financial institution. It pays to check with them first.
Does Feel Think Do charge Local Taxes?
Local Government taxes are integrated into our shop. Journal prices exclude tax. Any applicable taxes will be applied at Checkout.
Listed below are the two major tax.
VAT: Tax added to the value of goods and services in the European Union.
Under European Union Tax Regulations, all products shipped to countries under the EU umbrella incur a VAT% charge. Applicable governing bodies receive the collected taxes, and Feel Think Do does not benefit from the collection of funds.
Australia Goods and Services Taxes (GST): Please be aware that all orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand are subject to a 10% General Services Tax (GST) charge. These taxes are compulsory under Australian and New Zealand Tax Law. Feel Think Do does not receive a benefit and pays this amount directly the government.
Why was I charged customs and duties?
International orders might incur charges such as customs or duties upon arrival in the destination country. Feel Think Do does not calculate these at checkout. You must pay these fees to your local carrier or government.
Printed material is normally exempt from duties or fees, however we cannot advise if this is the case in every country. Please provide feedback if you are charged a duty, so that we can expand our database. We cannot calculate the amount of potential fees, so recommend you contact your country's customs office if you need to find out more.
Why was I charged an Foreign Transaction Fee?
As an Australian company, we remit all transactions in $AUD. International users may incur a foreign transaction fee. This is a small fee that is charged by your bank to convert from your native currency to $Aud.
Feel Think Do does not receive any money from these fees and if you wish to dispute the fee, please contact your bank or financial channel for more information.
What security do you use for Payments?
We do not store your financial information. We recommend trustworthy companies like Shopify or Paypal as transaction providers, as they handle millions of transactions each day.
We are diligent in protecting financial information and do everything in our power to protect your privacy. Shopify uses 128-bit SSL encryption for payment security. If you find undue charges on your card, please let us know.
If you find unauthorised charges relating to Feel Think Do, your first action should be to contact your bank and notify them of the transactions. They have dedicated teams to investigate these instances. Please also notify us so we can investigate our systems.
All transaction relating to us will show on your statement as: SP Feel Think Do | Journal.
We store your purchase transaction data as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase. Once complete, we delete your financial details. We encrypt your data through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What details do we need for Shipping and Billing verification?
Please ensure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. If you are unable to provide information that matches what your bank or credit card provider has on file, transactions may not be completed.
We will notify you of successful payment and completion of the order. If there is an issue on our end, we will contact you prior to shipping the order. If you are buying a journal for a friend, please tick that the order is not for you, and enter the shipping details required.
Financial security is important for your provider and they have security networks set up that monitor unknown or fraudulent transactions i.e. Falcon. If you are having an issue with your first order, please contact your bank, as their system may not recognise a purchase outside of your normal spending and flag it as potential fraud. This will place a temporary block on your card to protect you.
How long will it take to fulfill my order?
We will fulfill your order within 2 business days. If there is a delay, we will notify you. Thailand has a LOT of public holidays. We will send you an email when your journal is on its way. The email will contain your tracking number and link.
Will someone notify me when my journal ships?
Yup. We will send you an email with a tracking number, web link, and your rewards code. Check your email (including Spam folder) in 2-3 days after placing your order. If you find the email in Spam, mark it as “Not Spam” so any following emails go to your Inbox.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. We ship the journals through registered Thai Post. We will email your tracking number and a link to Thai Post tracking.
How will you notify me of fulfilment and shipping?
Email. We will email you within 2-3 business days to confirm that we have fulfilled your order, and it is on its way.
How long will it take to get my order?
We ship our journals through registered Air Mail. They ship from Thailand. Our standard delivery time is 2 weeks. Often you will receive it sooner. If you have not received your journal within 3 weeks, drop us a line right away so we can chase it up.
What if I do not receive my order within the normal shipping times?
If you have not received your email within 3 weeks, you can contact us at matt@feelthinkdo.net. Please include your order # and “Journal not received” in the Subject Line.
What should I do if my journal arrives damaged?
Our team checks every journal before sending. We will never post a defective product. But once it is in the air… well, we all know the postal system. Our journals are rugged and our packaging is tough as nails.
If your journal arrives damaged, please email matt@feelthinkdo.net. In the subject line include your Order # and “Damaged Journal”.
Make sure you include photos of the journal and damage.
We believe in basic honesty. If you are looking for a chance to get another free journal. We will honour damage and send you a new journal. Free stuff guilt is on you.
I bought a journal for a friend. How will I know if they receive it?
If you order a journal for a friend, we will post it to them. However, we will send all tracking details to you because we have your email. You should be able to track the journal all the way to your friend’s hands.
When should I order my next edition?
There is a reminder inside the journal 1 month before the end. We will also send you a friendly reminder by email.
We recommend ordering your next journal a few weeks before you are going to complete your current one. This allows your next edition time to ship and you will receive it without disrupting your writing habit.
I’ve have a charge from Feel Think Do… but I’ve never heard of you.
You’ve not heard of us? What?! Hi, we are Feel Think Do journal. Nice to meet you.
If you have found a weird transaction on your PayPal or credit card statement from SP Feel Think Do | Journal, you need to do two things:
1) Contact us at matt@feelthinkdo.net. In the Subject Line write “Potential Fraud”. In the email, please include the name, date, and amount of the transaction. We appreciate if you can a screenshot of the transaction (blank out everything but the final 4 digits of your CC). We can then track the transaction from our side
2) Contact your financial institution and notify them of potential fraud. They have teams and processes in place to investigate any potential fraud.
Can I order in bulk?
Of course! We recommend it! More journals in more hands = more people writing and dealing with their shit. We calculate the shipping at checkout. On orders of 2+ journals, we use a flat shipping rate.
