What are your shipping methods?

As we ship internationally, we do our best to get your journal out as quick as possible with registered air freight.

We will provide you with a tracking number and link so you can always see where your journal is on its journey. We do the best we can from our end, but cannot be responsible for arrival into your country. Unfortunately, we can’t control those Customs guys. But, they know their business and are doing their job.

If you experience an undue delay, please contact us. We will do our best to help keep everything moving.

How long will it take to get my journal?

After we receive payment, we work to have your journal on its way within 1-2 business days (depending what time we receive the order and volume of orders that day. Current time frames for international air shipping is about two weeks. So you should have your journal within three weeks total.

How will you notify me of fulfillment and shipping?

Email. We will email you within 2-3 business days to confirm that we have fulfilled your order, and it is on its way.

Will someone notify me when my journal ships?

Yup. We will send you an email with a tracking number, web link, and your rewards code. Check your email (including Spam folder) in 2-3 days after placing your order.

If you find the email in Spam, mark it as “Not Spam” so any following emails go to your Inbox.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. We ship the journals through registered Thai Post. We will email your tracking number and a link to Thai Post tracking.

How long will it take to get my order?

We ship our journals through registered Air Mail. They ship from Thailand. Our standard delivery time is 2 weeks. Often you will receive it sooner.

If you have not received your journal within 3 weeks, drop us a line right away so we can chase it up.

What if I do not receive my order within the normal shipping times?

What are your shipping rates?

When ordering a single journal, shipping is calculated depending on region. It will average around $25Aud.

For orders of 2+ journals, we use a flat shipping rate of $45Aud.

If you are organising a bulk order, please contact us at with Subject Line “Bulk Order”. We will discuss specific shipping costs as we may use a different Carrier.

I bought a journal for a friend. How will I know if they receive it?

If you order a journal for a friend, we will post it to them. However, we will send all tracking details to you because we have your email. You should be able to track the journal all the way to your friend’s hands.

What details do we need for Shipping and Billing verification?

Please ensure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Failure to provide information that matches what your bank or credit card provider has on file may result in incomplete transactions.

We will notify you of successful payment and completion of the order. If there is an issue on our end, we will contact you prior to shipping the order. If you are buying a journal for a friend, please tick that the order is not for you, and enter the shipping details required.

Financial security is important for your provider and they have security networks set up that monitor unknown or fraudulent transactions i.e. Falcon. If you are having an issue with your first order, please contact your bank, as their system may not recognise a purchase outside of your normal spending and flag it as potential fraud. This will place a temporary block on your card to protect you.

What should I do if my journal arrives damaged?

Our team checks every journal before sending. We will never post a defective product. But once it is in the air… well, we all know the postal system. Our journals are rugged and our packaging is tough as nails. If your journal arrives damaged, please email In the subject line include your Order # and “Damaged Journal” in the subject line. Make sure you include photos of the journal and damage.

We believe in basic honesty. If you are looking for a chance to get another free journal. We will honour damage and send you a new journal. Free stuff guilt is on you.

Why was I charged customs and duties?

International orders might incur charges such as customs or duties upon arrival in the destination country. Feel Think Do does not calculate these at checkout. You must pay these fees to your local carrier or government.

Printed material is normally exempt from duties or fees, however we cannot advise if this is the case in every country. Please let us know if you are charged a duty, so that we can update our database. We cannot calculate the amount of potential fees, so recommend you contact your country's customs office if you need to find out more.

Can I ship my journal through a different carrier?

Thailand has access to all major carriers. By default we use registered Thai Post. They ship worldwide and have the best shipping price. Thailand does offer EMS.

We can also use other carriers like UPS &USPS. Please note that these carriers are more expensive and do not appear to arrive any quicker. If you would like to use a specific carrier, please contact us and we will provide a specific shipping cost.

How does shipping work for bulk orders?

We calculate the shipping at checkout. On orders of 2+ journals, we use a flat shipping rate.

Why is shipping expensive?

Shipping is crazy since Covid-19. Especially from Asia. We try to make our shipping as cheap as possible. We always post with registered mail, so there is a tracking number and insurance.

To help our writers, we absorb part of the shipping cost, especially on larger orders. Unfortunately, we are slaves to our Carriers.
