What is your refund policy?

If you stick to it but find it doesn’t gel with your style, then we will offer a full refund. We want you to undertake this journey, but understand it is not for everyone. All we ask is that you give it a solid go.

If after 3 months you are not happy, and can show us you gave it a good go, then we will offer a full refund.

Why after three months? Why not right away?

We live in a world of shifting fads. The latest & greatest arrives and we are enamoured with the shinies. It makes us uncomfortable and we throw it in the ‘too hard’ basket. We’ve made it too easy to give up these days.

Starting something new is hard. You won’t know if this is for you in the first 5 minutes. We’ve had a few people who put their journal in the ‘too hard’ basket. Time passed. Something happened, and they were grateful their journal was waiting for them. They needed a specific situation to kick-start their journey.

Others discovered a new perspective after starting and their journey unfolded. 

We give you the same opportunity for change. If after three months it’s still not for you, then we will discuss a refund.

What is your Return Policy?

We don’t have one. For refunds, we will ask for evidence of trying. But we will never ask you to return your journal. It is private. It is full of your words and thoughts. We don’t need to see that.

What if the product arrives damaged?

Our Quality Control Team conducts checks on every journal before shipping. We use packaging that will withstand a tank. We have faith in our product and shipping. 

But… shit happens. We can’t control the Postal guy having a bad day, or the plane hitting turbulence. If your journal arrives damaged, please notify us at Please write your Order # and “Damaged Journal” in the Subject Line. We will ask for evidence of the damage and get a new one out to you. 

If you are someone who sees an opportunity to scuff it up and get a free journal… that’s on you. We won’t judge. We have a fundamental belief in honesty. Sometimes it bites us in the arse/ass. That’s life.

What if it doesn’t work?

Please remember that your journal is a tool, not a magic pill. We do our best to help your journey, but it’s your journey.

It will take some discipline to get started. You have to give yourself permission to be open and honest. You have to give yourself time to find your flow and form the habit. We don’t judge. The only judge you will find on the page is yourself.

And here’s the thing, one of the greatest benefits of a journal is being able to tell that inner Judgey McJudgenstein to, “Shut the fuck up!” 

That said, some people just don’t like to write. But you won’t know that in the first 5 minutes. Give yourself time and try. 

If you put in the effort and give it a damn good try, then we will stand by our method. We can’t guarantee what your result will be, but we can guarantee there will be one. It is up to you to make it happen.

I bought a journal for a friend and they aren’t using it. Can I get a refund?

We will not give refunds for journals bought for other people. You are a great friend for giving them the opportunity, and we wish we could help. But we can’t control other people, and neither can you.

A gift is something freely given. What people do with that gift is up to them. We will refund if someone has given Feel Think Do a go. But there are only so many degrees of separation we can be responsible for.

How are refunds processed?

We will process refunds through the same method of payment. If paid by credit card, you will receive a refund to your card. The same process for PayPal and Shopify Payment. We will not process refunds through a different channel.

How do I return the journal?

You don’t. We will never ask you to return your journal. If your journal gets damaged, we will send you a new one. If we are processing a refund, you will have tried using Feel Think Do, and we do not want to see your private words and thoughts. 

Therefore, we do not have any return shipping or restock costs.

My journal was damaged on arrival. Can I organise a refund?

No. We will not refund for a damaged product. Sorry if it makes us sound like bastards, but we want people to try. We don’t give the option to give up and get a refund.

We found if we give that option, we make it too easy for people to not try. You have made a commitment to try this, and we will stand by you.

We would rather send you a new (undamaged) journal than let you back out.

I changed my mind after completing checkout. Can I get a refund?

Yes. You can contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and organise a refund. We will, of course ask, “Why?”

If it sounds harsh, it is because we want you to try. We are all about helping people commit to doing something new.

We will process a refund through the same channel you placed your order. 

If an order has shipped, we will follow our 3 month refund policy.

I don’t want to wait 3 months for a refund. What can I do?

We get it. Sometimes we don’t want to wait. If you are not willing to wait and allow yourself time to get started, we are happy to chat. You can contact us at with your Order # and “Refund” in the Subject Line. 

Our standard policy for a refund is 3 months, so you have time to give Feel Think Do a serious try. We will ask why you want a refund right away. We aren’t being bastards. We appreciate honest feedback and want to know what we can do better. Or why people feel they cannot start. We are committed to our writers and community. We want to help people through uncomfortable things. But we aren’t monsters.
